PAFF partners have started to design the Parcours.
The co-designing process is a method of collaborating at the creation of the parcours, the format made of experiential stations where young people can explore the significance of the green and digital transformations with a hands-on and interactive activities, in an inclusive and gender-balanced way. The collaborative meetings enable to include the experiences of the partners and the different national contexts of the consortium.

We launched the PAFF E-Learning Platform
The PAFF E-Learning platform, created as part of the Erasmus+ project “Parcours for the Future,” is a comprehensive resource for career guidance professionals, practitioners, and education stakeholders.
On the platform, career guidance professionals, practitioners, and educators can explore the project's main topics, objectives, and results, including insights from an extensive research process conducted by the consortium, culminating in an online international conference and a thesis paper, both featured in this course. The platform offers them an opportunity to dive into interactive quizzes, engaging videos, insightful data, and materials on sustainability in education, labor market trends, green skills, and inclusive practices. The platform will equip participants with knowledge to guide students toward a future that is sustainable, digital, and free from gender bias.
Calling all interested career guidance professionals, practitioners, and educators to start their journey today and become champions of inclusive and sustainable education!
